Meet our Founder

Kim Engelhardt, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience in nursing. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University and has built an extensive career spanning internal medicine, aesthetic medicine, and endocrinology.
Kim is the founder of The Aesthetic Loft, a thriving aesthetic medical practice where she helps women and men enhance their confidence through expert injectables, personalized skincare, and medically managed weight loss. Her passion for helping patients feel their best—both inside and out—also led her to create EmpowHER Health, where she provides comprehensive hormone health and weight management care tailored to women navigating midlife and beyond.
Outside of her professional life, Kim is married and the proud mother of three sons. She also shares her home (and heart) with Brody, her beloved dog, who she affectionately calls her fourth son.
